Why should I buy attraction tickets in advance online?
We recommend buying the tickets online as far in advance as possible as our tours often quickly fill up. Additionally, buying attraction tickets in advance online means gives you the option of purchasing tickets for different attractions at the same time.

We offer a courtesy pickup service in the majority of centrall located hotels throughout Argentina.

Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?
We are able to take folding wheelchairs only if you let us know before arrive. Due to the fast paced nature of the tours, and the fact there may be a lot of walking involved, we do not recommend the tours for persons with limited mobility, Please contact our reservations team who will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Is lunch included on full day coach tours?
We offer tour options with or without lunch. Our lunch venues are chosen for their typical Argentinian cuisine.

Can I make amendments to my booking?
Amendments can be made, please call us 48 hours prior to the departure time and date. Fast-track entrance tickets and soccer tickets cannot be amended.

How do I cancel my ticket?
To cancel please call our office 72 hours prior to the departure time and date. It is likely you will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation charge. All fast-track entrance tickets and soccer tickets cannot be cancelled.

Which payment types do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, online or phone booking. Unfortunately we do not accept debit cards.

What if I dont have a working printer?
If you do not have a working printer you unfortunately won´t be able to book online. Please call our office on +5411 4375 1976 to book your sightseeing tour over the phone.

Will you contact me if there is a problem?
Please be sure to give us your contact details. If there is any problem with your booking or payment details we will contact you on the telephone number or email address stated in the booking. Sometimes, tours may not operate due to the weather, and we may need to contact you to advise you of any changes.

I have booked on line. How do I get my vouchers?
The ticket you have printed with the reference number is your voucher/ticket. Please remember to bring this with you. You will not be allowed entrance to an attraction without a valid ticket.

What if my voucher/ticket is not displayed?
If you voucher is not displayed after your booking, please contact us at info@graylineargentina.com requesting your ticket.
On certain packages, a message will be displayed indicating that the vouchers will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours at your given email address. If you do not receive your vouchers within the given time please contact us at: info@graylineargentina.com
