Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?
We are able to take folding wheelchairs only if you let us know before arrive.
Due to the fast paced nature of the tours, and the fact there may be a lot of walking involved, we do not recommend the tours for persons with limited mobility, Please contact our reservations team who will be able to answer any questions you may have. Return to Top
Can I make amendments to my booking?
Amendments can be made, please call us 48 hours prior to the departure time and date. Fast-track entrance tickets and soccer tickets cannot be amended. Return to Top
How do I cancel my ticket?
To cancel please call our office 72 hours prior to the departure time and date. You will have to post us back the ticket and will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation charge. All Fast-track entrance tickets and soccer tickets cannot be cancelled. Return to Top
What if I don’t have a working printer?

I have booked on line. How do I get my vouchers?
The ticket you have printed with the reference number is your voucher/ticket. Please remember to bring this with you. You will not be allowed entrance to an attraction without a valid ticket. Return to Top
What if my voucher/ticket is not displayed?
If you voucher is not displayed after your booking, please contact us at info@graylineargentina.com requesting your ticket.
